Motorway breakdowns are some of the most urgent and dangerous situations, and we respond to them across Sydney’s major motorways including the M1, M4, M5, M7, M8, Pacific Highway, Princes Highway, Hume Highway and Great Western Highway. If you’ve broken down on a motorway, stay in your vehicle with your hazard lights on and call us immediately.
For central Sydney and inner suburbs, our average response time is around 30–40 minutes. For outer suburbs, response is typically under 60 minutes. Traffic conditions and demand at the time of your call can affect this. We’ll always give you an honest estimated arrival time when you call, and we’ll communicate any delays proactively.
Yes. We also offer long-distance and interstate towing from Sydney to other NSW regions, Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane. Call us to discuss long-haul transport requirements and we’ll provide an upfront fixed quote for the full journey.
We operate Monday to Friday 7am–6pm and Saturday to Sunday 11am–4pm. For urgent emergency towing outside these hours, please call us directly and we’ll do our best to assist. Breakdowns and accidents don’t follow a schedule, and we understand that.
